Durum Wheat?

I do a bit of cooking with whole grains, using a rice cooker. I like using hard red, spelt, kamut, and rye, but I'd like to find whole durum to try out. The closest I've seen is durum flour. Anyone have a source?

I'm not sure what shipping costs would be but I have bins of the stuff.
Maybe I could send a small 2 or 3 lb commercially cleaned sample 4 u 2 test?
Durum in Latin means "hard", and the species is the hardest of all wheats. Its high protein and gluten content, as well as its strength, make durum good for special uses.
But maybe u know more about Durum than me so give me a shout back.
BTW I'm located in Saskatchewan.
